What this is
Technology help with a rental operator's priorities: smart locks, Wi-Fi networks, property apps, streaming devices, computers, and printers: the everyday technology a stay depends on. It exists because lock and network problems do not wait for business hours to matter, and because most owners manage from somewhere else.
This is a secondary service. The core of the business is hot tub care; tech support is offered on the side, with the same straight answers.
Who it's for
- Remote owners who cannot stand in front of the router themselves
- Hosts and short-term rental operators working between check-outs
- Property managers who need local hands without adding a full-time role
- Homeowners and small offices with the same everyday problems
What we do
- Smart lock troubleshooting: pairing, app configuration, firmware updates, and access-code setup and cleanup between guests
- Wi-Fi diagnostics: dead zones, router and extender placement, and devices that dropped off the network and will not come back
- Guest-flow checks: verifying that a guest can actually get in and get online, and noting what to fix before the next arrival
- Computers, printers, and streaming devices: the everyday technology problems that do not need a repair shop
- Vendor escalation: when the problem belongs to the lock maker or the internet provider, we open and chase the support case and translate the outcome
What we don't do
How it works
Describe the symptom
Call 360-777-7688 or send it through the booking form. Plain words are fine: what the device does, what you have already tried, and how the property is accessed.
Remote first
Many lock and network problems are a setting, an update, or a reset. When it can be solved by phone or video, that is faster for everyone, so we start there.
On-site when hands are needed
If the problem needs someone physically there, we schedule a visit on an accepted route and work through it at the property.
A written summary
What was found, what was changed, what is still open, and where any vendor escalation stands. Notes you can keep with the property records.
Service area
Work starts from Port Angeles. Scheduled visits cover Port Angeles, Carlsborg, Sequim, Joyce, and other accepted Clallam County routes. Remote guidance is available by phone wherever the property sits. See the service area for how the routing works.
