What this is
Cleaning and deodorizing for residential and rental property garbage and recycling bins. The work is deliberately unglamorous: bins get scrubbed, rinsed, and deodorized, and the ground around them gets left tidy. Scheduling after pickup day means the bin is empty and the visit is quick.
This is a secondary service. The core of the business is hot tub care; bin cleaning runs on the same routes, on request.
Who it's for
- Short-term rental owners, whose bins are part of what guests actually see and smell
- Long-term rental and property managers with shared bin areas
- Homeowners who would rather not do it themselves
Frequency options
- One-time
A reset for a bin that has gone too far: before a listing, after a messy season, or before guests arrive.
- Monthly
The steady option for rentals and busy households during the season.
- Quarterly
A maintenance rhythm for lower-volume bins.
Frequency is agreed up front and easy to change. Recurring visits are grouped with other work on the same route where possible.
What's included
- Interior scrub and rinse
- Lid, rim, and handles
- Deodorizer
- The ground around the bin left tidy
- Condition notes on cracked bodies, broken wheels, and lids that no longer seal, so a bin can be replaced before it becomes a guest problem
What we don't do
How it works
Count the bins
Tell us how many bins, what kind (garbage, recycling, green waste), and your pickup day. Booking form or phone, whichever is easier.
We schedule after pickup
Empty bins clean properly and quickly, so visits land after collection day.
Clean and deodorize
The included work, done at the property, with the area around the bins left tidy.
Notes and the next date
You get condition notes from the visit, and recurring dates are set so the bins stay ahead of the season.
Service area
Bin cleaning runs on the same routes as everything else: Port Angeles, Carlsborg, Sequim, Joyce, and accepted Clallam County routes. See the service area for how the routing works.
