$95Additional time is always discussed before you are charged for it. Travel outside Port Angeles is quoted before the visit. There are no trip charges within Port Angeles city limits. Prices shown are starting prices; the confirmation you approve before booking shows your actual total.

- Diagnosis of the problem and a plain-language explanation
- The fix, wherever it is remote or on-site
- Notes on what was done and how to avoid a repeat
- A follow-up if the same problem comes back within the visit scope
What we do not do
Clear limits up front, so you can find the right help the first time.
- Electrical work of any kind
- Regulated low-voltage cabling (we prepare both ends and coordinate a licensed installer)
- Locksmithing: we configure smart locks, a licensed locksmith changes hardware
- Advanced data recovery (we help you get set up with a specialist when a drive is failing)
- Hardware repairs that need a specialist bench, such as component-level board repair
- Managed security services or 24/7 monitoring contracts
