Three operating plans
Host Basic
$99/ month
- 1 flexible route visit each month
- Water testing, routine balance, skimming, light shell care, filter check, and a service receipt
- Customer supplies approved routine chemicals and replacement filters
- Additional Basic visit is $99
- No checkout timing guarantee and no emergency benefit
Host Care
$349/ month
- 4 visits each month
- Routine chemistry, skimming, shell care, filter care, condition check, and a service receipt
- Standard routine balancing chemicals are included; replacement filters and parts are separate
- Additional Care visit is $109
- Priority scheduling without an every-checkout guarantee
Turnover Concierge
$799/ month
- Up to 8 qualifying checkout services each month
- Same-day service for qualifying turnovers in the accepted guarantee zone
- Booking-calendar monitoring, chemistry, cleaning, filter care, photos, and incident documentation
- Qualified vendor coordination for repair work outside the maintenance scope
- Turnover 9 and above is $129 each
- A qualifying service miss caused by our scheduling failure receives a $100 account credit
Applicable Washington retail sales tax is additional, at the service property location.
Property baseline
Initial onboarding is $149 per hot tub, waived with an initial three-month Turnover Concierge commitment. We record the tub, sanitizer system, filter, access, normal checkout and check-in times, calendar, starting chemistry, and visible condition before recurring service begins.

Hosting one property? The same plans.
You do not need to manage a portfolio to be on the route. Individual hosts start with one rental property and choose Host Basic, Host Care, or Turnover Concierge. The same plans, the same documentation, the same straight answers.
