The zones
- Base
Port Angeles and Carlsborg. Routine routes, and the standard scheduling window applies.
- East
Sequim. Routed regularly and grouped with Port Angeles visits where possible.
- West
Joyce and the Highway 112 corridor. Served on scheduled routes; visits are grouped rather than run on demand.
- Farther out
The Lake Crescent corridor, Forks, and other long routes. Reviewed per request before we commit. An extended-zone review or surcharge may apply, and we will say so before any visit is booked.
The east route is Sequim: the marina, the lavender farms, and the neighborhoods between them.

What "accepted routes" means
Service availability and scope vary by request. Distance affects what can be offered: same-day turnover support only works inside the guarantee zone, while scheduled maintenance and remote guidance travel farther. If a request sits outside the zones above, the straight answer comes before the invoice: what is possible, what it costs, or who else to call.
Work requiring a licensed trade is referred to an appropriate provider everywhere we go.
If you manage from a distance
Most OneCall PNW customers own property here and live somewhere else. That is who the service is built for: hot tub visits are documented with readings and photos, concerns are flagged instead of buried, and every visit leaves notes so you know the state of the property without driving the peninsula. See hot tub care for the core service, or send a request with the property address.
