Not the paperwork.

WHAT CHANGES

From inquiry to
on the calendar.

A small operations system for customers, estimates, jobs and scheduling, with an assistant that moves work between them.

Open the working prototype
THE PROBLEM

The same customer details live in your phone, a spreadsheet, an estimate and a calendar. You enter them every time.

THE BUILD

A small operations system for customers, estimates, jobs and scheduling, with an assistant that moves work between them.

THE BOUNDARY

This is a mini ERP prototype, not full accounting, payroll or a finished enterprise ERP. Prices are sample rates. Calendar changes stay in this demo.

Try it from
both sides.

One inquiry, one estimate, one linked job. No repeated data entry.

  1. 01

    Draft the estimate

  2. 02

    Approve the job

  3. 03

    Book the site visit

Use it, then inspect the records
What is real in this demonstration?

Records are stored on the server in your own temporary demo session. Approved actions change those records. The default planner is deterministic, not a language model. No real emails, texts, posts, payments or outside bookings are sent. Businesses and prices are fictional. The included optional local model adapter classifies requests into the same limited tools; it cannot approve actions. View the proof and limits.

Build this around
my business.

Use the demo as a starting point, not a fixed product package.

Take the office work off my plate
