DATA USEThe new studio experience

Your data.
Clear boundaries.

Working demonstrations

The demo creates a random, HTTP only session cookie to separate your sample workspace from other visitors. It is not an advertising identifier. Demo records expire after 24 hours. Use sample information only. Export or reset your workspace from the demo toolbar.

There are no analytics trackers or marketing pixels in this experience. Temporary request limits use a salted digest of your network address to reduce abuse, not a raw IP address stored with your records.

Project inquiries

The contact form may keep a hash of the submission and a retry key in this tab, not the contact details themselves, to avoid duplicate retries. That entry is cleared after a successful submission.

The contact form stores the details you choose to submit: name, email, optional business and phone, type of business and your project description. These are visible to the authenticated operator and used to discuss your request. You may explicitly attach a short sample receipt summary. The private demo session ID and full chat are not included. Submitting does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Inquiry records, status, notes and any follow up date remain until the operator removes them. Follow up dates are private reminders, not permission to send messages. To request access or deletion, email dan@onecallpnw.com. No automated email or SMS delivery is connected by this build.

Your discussion brief

The optional workflow builder runs in your browser without sending its inputs. Choosing to discuss the brief keeps it in this tab using session storage. The inquiry sends it only when you check the attachment option. The owner sees your chosen task, tools, workload and generated acceptance checks. Remove it from the contact form to clear that tab copy.

Private owner access

Owner login creates a random, HTTP only session cookie valid for one hour. Only its hash is stored. Signing out revokes that session on the server; the owner key itself is never placed in the cookie.

Optional local model

In local installations with an explicitly configured model, the task text is sent to that local runtime for classification. The standard demo planner does not call a model or third party service. No real customer data should be pasted into the demo.

Existing services

The hot tub booking and existing legal pages remain on the original OneCall system. Their privacy policy and terms are preserved separately. This page explains only the new experience.
